Protection starts with the lightweight Polymer Compound Shell. This takes those regular knocks and bumps we all experience when mountain biking. Maybe a thwack from a tree branch or a slow speed tumble. For higher speed falls, the in-moulded Impact Foam absorbs crash energy and disperses it in order to protect your head. The visor is also designed to break away in a crash, lessening rotational forces. Talking of rotational forces, brain-protecting 360 ̊ Turbine Technology is also a key safety feature of the MTB 2.0.
360 ̊ Turbine Technology
The 360 ̊ Turbine Technology is focused on reducing the damaging effects of a crash on your brain. It works via 360 ̊ moving discs, all made from an energy-absorbing material. These impart a reduction of rotational acceleration to the head and brain by up to 40%. The system also improves the absorption of impact energy - it reduces peak brain acceleration by up to 30% at the impact speeds associated with concussion.
Turbo-Charged Ventilation
When you're on the mountain bike it's not just the safety features that will impress. Ventilation is also excellent. A combination of 20 vents and MaxiFlow impact foam air channels creates highly effective cooling airflow over your head, even at slower speeds. Getting sweaty is pretty inevitable though. And the moisture-wicking Dri-Lex® liner helps in this regard, keeping sweat away as you warm up. Being anti-odour and washable too, you'll enjoy freshness every ride.

U kunt artikelen binnen 365 dagen naar Wiggle terugsturen, met uitzondering van cadeaubonnen, sportvoeding en gepersonaliseerde artikelen (tenzij het een defect artikel betreft). De kosten die de klant bij het postkantoor moet betalen vallen voor eigen rekening wanneer artikelen ongewenst zijn.
Let op: fietsen en andere grote en zware voorwerpen kunnen niet via ons lokale adres (waar beschikbaar) geretourneerd worden. Neem contact met ons op zodat we deze artikelen bij u kunnen komen ophalen tegen gereduceerd koerierstarief. Alleen in het geval van een defect artikel is deze dienst gratis.
Wij verwachten dat geretourneerde producten nog voorzien zijn van alle labels en kaartjes en in hun originele verpakking bij ons terugkomen. Gebruik de originele doos bij een product NIET als verzenddoos, maar gebruik de Wiggle doos of envelop. Schade aan een originele verpakking verhindert de doorverkoop van een product. Zijn artikelen al duidelijk gebruikt, gewassen of op een andere wijze gepersonaliseerd, dan kunt u het artikel niet retour sturen, tenzij het een defect product betreft. Wiggle zal u de verzendkosten alleen vergoeden wanneer u defecte artikelen retour stuurt.
